Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit Card or Debit Card, direct through the Web Site via our Secure Gateway

Please remember, if you are sending a cheque we have to allow 5 working days for it to clear AFTER we have banked the cheque. We dont always manage to get to the bank every day, so please bear with us.
Credit Card / Debit Card Security
All credit card and debit card payments are processed through our Secure Payments Gateway, which is covered by 128-bit encryption. Alternatively, you can pay via your PayPal account which is once again processed in a secure environment.
Delivery Schedule
We try our best to ship your purchase the next working day, but sometimes that is not always possible. Please allow 1-2 working days for shipping. For UK Orders we ship using Royal Mail 1st/2nd class , recorded delivery depends on the value of the item. If you wish to know your Royal Mail tracking number please get in touch. Generally speaking, 1st class post takes 1-2 working days to be delivered and 2nd class post 3-5 days. For Europe, please allow a little longer - typically 5 - 7 working days. For Worldwide, please allow 1 to 2 weeks.

We never sell, or disclose your details to anyone. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed.
If you do intend to return an item to us for a refund, please contact us first on enquiries@cks-entertainment.com. We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery when making a return of an item.
